- Love it? Fantastic! Payment will be automatically processed on the 7th day following your trial start.
- Not for you? No problem. Simply cancel your plan anytime within the 7-day trial period through your user account. Your card will not be charged, and the temporary authorization will expire.
Easy Return (If Applicable)
If you cancel, you’ll have an additional 30 days to return the device to us. Please ensure it’s shipped back within this grace period. If the device is not returned within 30 days of cancellation, you will be invoiced the full plan amount to cover the device cost.

How does the 7-day risk-free trial work?
It’s simple! You choose your plan, and we securely pre-authorize your payment method (Visa/Mastercard) without any upfront charge. We ship your device, and you get 7 full days to test. If you love it, payment is automatically processed on day 7. If not, simply cancel within the 7-day trial period, and your card will not be charged.
What if I cancel my plan within the trial period?
If you cancel within the 7-day trial period, your card will not be charged. For physical devices, you will have an additional 30 days to return the device to us. Please ensure it’s shipped back within this grace period. If the device is not returned within 30 days of cancellation, you will be invoiced the full plan amount.
Can I upgrade my plan later? How?
Absolutely! Our plans are designed to grow with your needs. You can easily upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any point. Simply pay the difference in price between your current plan and the new plan, and unlock immediate access to more features and greater capacity. It’s seamless and flexible.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
