Our Company
How we think
Since our establishment in 2018, we have been committed to saving lives by developing a valuable product. Over the years, we have utilized our extensive knowledge and experience to provide high-quality solutions that help bring fathers, mothers, and children back to life. This journey has not only changed us but has also transformed the values and principles we held from the beginning. Today, we view the world and our lives through a unique lens. We invite you to share this perspective with us.
Our Values
Integrity:
This value is the lifeblood of our company and has kept us alive so far. In our organization, our words are one of our most important pillars. We believe that our words encompass not only what we say and write, but also what we know to be true and the promises we make. Additionally, the unspoken expectations of those with whom we share integrity are part of our commitment. We acknowledge that throughout history and across the world, there are plenty of excuses to undermine our words; however, integrity is the only reason that has brought us here. We hold our words in high regard.
Being a Source of Impact:
This is one of our key values that determines how we address fundamental issues. Over the years, we have asked doctors, hospital specialists, researchers, manufacturers of automated CPR equipment, and instructors why the recommended compression depth for CPR is 5 centimeters, and no one has provided a convincing answer! They all referred to the guidelines set by the American Heart Association. According to statistics, approximately 8.5 million people receive CPR annually, with 90% not surviving. Additionally, 30% of those who survive suffer from rib fractures. This means that over 250,000 families annually are burdened with treatment and additional costs due to rib fractures, potentially causing damages of about 12 billion euros to various entities such as insurance companies and healthcare systems. We believe that an 80-kilogram individual should not receive CPR under the same conditions (5 centimeters depth and 100 to 120 compressions per minute) as a 25-year-old athlete weighing 120 kilograms. Therefore, we are currently collecting targeted data and will change CPR guidelines by the 2030s.
Commitment Beyond Self:
This is one of our distinguishing values that encompasses our philosophy of innovation. Over the past years, our focus on innovation has been to facilitate CPR in situations where others have been unwilling to participate due to significant technical challenges. For example, none of the manufacturers of similar products were willing to provide services to firefighters, ambulance crews, or even swimming pools. This was unacceptable to us. We have worked for years to assist in saving lives in conditions that others have labeled as prohibited in their product manuals. We believe that the resources we have throughout our life journey should be utilized in the best possible way to create a better world.
Future:
Our perspective on the future has changed our resilience and perseverance throughout this journey. Many believe that the present is a result of the past, and by the same reasoning, the future is a result of the present. We do not share this view. We have accepted that we have no means to change the past; we can only learn from it. We have lived the future, which is more than mere imagination, and we owe it to ourselves to realize that future. In our view, the future is the cause, and the present is the effect. A climber who aims for the summit has struggled through the entire path and does not possess the resilience and perseverance of a climber who has lived the summit and is ascending slowly. We live the future and, in the present moment of our lives, take steps to reach that future.
Vision:
Our vision is to save the lives of over 200,000 individuals by 2030. Alongside this, we aim to establish a deep connection between the parameters related to patients’ bodies and effective CPR indicators through data collection. Therefore, gathering 100,000 real CPR data points by 2028 is one of our future goals. We believe that after 70 years, we will create a meaningful transformation in redefining effective CPR, which will increase survival chances and prevent rib fractures for millions of people. This data will serve as a valuable legacy in the history of rescue and emergency response for humanity
Mission:
We have an important mission in this company to save lives. In this context, we have created a foundation within our product that will revolutionize the field of cardiac massage. We are transforming the entire rescue and emergency response processes, and our mission is to create a new transformation in saving lives…
